This is especially true on Twitch, where one such user became an internet-famous personality and still streams to this day! Her name?  Brooke, or BrookeAB, as she is known online for her gaming channel on Twitch, came to fame after streaming popular games such as Valorant and Fortnite. There is no doubt that BrookeAB has what it takes when it comes to streaming games.  With over 1.2 million followers and counting, this young star has been able to provide a space where people with similar interests can come together and enjoy their passion together.

 

 

Broke was born on March 15, 1998, in the United States. She is a sought-after celebrity in the world of gaming and social media. With over 981k Instagram followers, she has been collaborating with some famous esports teams to bring you content that will make your day! In addition to being on Youtube where she can talk about what inspires her creativity or gameplay sessions, there are also live streams available via Twitch, so viewers don’t miss any momentous events happening live at their fingertips as if they were standing right beside.

 

BrookeAB started streaming on Twitch in 2018. She quickly became one of the most popular gamers around, with her gameplay streams mainly focusing on games like Fortnite: Battle Royale, which has a big following already! It didn’t take long before she attracted a collaboration partner, Corrina Kopf. The collaboration blossomed into a resounding success! Their energetic playstyle caught the attention of others.

After becoming a victim of online stalking, harassment, and trolling, BrookeAB stopped streaming on Twitch for an entire month. She shared her experience with the world but did not provide much information about how people were harassing or threatening her while she was streaming. Later, Brooke came out on Twitter and shared screenshots of the death threats she was receiving. The social media post quickly went viral as her story attracted more attention than ever before to cyberbullying in general and how it affects those who have been victims at one point or another throughout their lives. Despite all this negativity being thrown towards herself online, many people were willing to support the creator. That incident brought more attention to the issue. When it turned out that BrookeAB was not alone in her experience with online harassment on Twitch, many of the streamers moved away from the platform to join different ones where they felt safer.
