This young Turkish restaurateur and chef – Burak Ozdemir, also known as CZN Burak, has won the heart of millions of food enthusiasts with his unique style of preparing and presenting recipes. He is well-versed in the art of making giant-sized portions of food especially middle eastern food, and also typical food items, including Pizza, Burgers, and Cake. He is also very quick at making dough and grating and chopping vegetables. But in the world of the internet, he became popular when he posted a video of him making a 40-inch Kebab on 9GAG. After that, he kept posting videos on several social media platforms. However, during his school days, his father used to put pressure on him to study. He also used to get no pocket money for being an average student.  

 

 

But Burak kept doing hard work. He was studying and working simultaneously. After school, he used to do a part-time job to make his own bread. Soon, Burak Ozdemir owned Hatay Medeniyetler Sofrası chain of restaurants that has four branches – Aksaray, Taksim, Etiler, and Dubai. After becoming an internet star, many renowned personalities and big celebrities around the world come to his restaurant to relish his unique recipes. He spreads love wherever he goes by giving food to kids. What is more special about him is that he directly gazes into the camera with a huge smile, and this lets him steal a special place for him in the hearts of viewers.

 

The specialty of his cooking art is that he uses huge size utensils, knives, and spoons that quickly capture the attention of the viewers. Currently, He has made a massive fan following where he has over 1.06 million YouTube subscribers, 463,000 Twitter followers, 23.7 million TikTok followers, and 16.5 million Instagram followers. The rapidly growing number of followers and subscribers have made him a social media STAR.

 

The inspiration for opening a restaurant he got from his own family. Burak, his brother, and father together opened the restaurant, and in a very short period, they inaugurated their second, third, and fourth branch. His friends used to make videos of him, and many times he appeared in videos as a guest. The act of video posting started from there, and today, he is deriving a good amount of being a social media influencer. 

 

Burak was born on March 24, 1994, in Hatay Province in Turkey and is of Syrian Arab descent. He has two siblings named Ugur and Aylin. However, about his parents, not much information is available. His father was the owner of a textile company named “Cinzano” located in Laleli. Burak’s nickname as CZN Burak emerged from their textile shop. He is very passionate about his work and, so far, has no plans for marriage. There is very little information about his relationship; we assume he is single. He loves kids too much and often shares photos with kids sharing food with them. This also reflects his true, noble character. About his net worth, there is no information available yet.
